I currently have a unit with this facility and I had flooding due to clogged gutters a few months back and very expensive items I ... I currently have a unit with this facility and I had flooding due to clogged gutters a few months back and very expensive items I have were ruined. They moved me to another unit and told me that in my contract it states that I am responsible for any damages in the unit. Went into to the unit I moved to, today and it is full of mice droppings all over my belongings. I am furious!!! Gonna move out ASAP!!!! UPDATE!!! A representative contact me a couple of days ago and rectified my issues. an exterminator is being sent to the facility to treat the building and unit I am in. The clogged gutters have since been cleaned out and I am being compensated for the issues.

Easy to register and gain access. The only down side is that there is mouse droppings in my climate controlled, inside, storage unit. This is ... Easy to register and gain access. The only down side is that there is mouse droppings in my climate controlled, inside, storage unit. This is concerning to me. I was contacted by Federal storage and within a day or two they treated the unit and whole building. They called me back to let me know or was done. This was fast and great customer service. No issues. Every time I’ve spoken with a representative it’s been great customer service and they are easy and pleasant to deal with. Very customer focused.
