The agents on the phone as knowledgeable, friendly and get the job done quickly. We had no issue with the technology, worked perfectly. Storage unit was typical, again, no surprises. Great price.

I used my unit for a month and a half and never had any issues. The lot was gated, and the building door requires another code, so it seems secure. Inside of the storage building (both my actual unit and the hallway) always seemed clean, and there are security cameras. Customer service was a hit-or-miss, I had to call a few times about some billing questions and the representatives were either nice and super eager to help, or the complete opposite. The price for a 5x5 unit, which is what I had, is pretty standard for the area. Overall, I'm pleased with the experience.

Yesterday, I called and had a woman tell me a lot of bad info. Took time off from work to get a photo of unit emptied 5 days earlier. She claimed it policy. It's a suggestion for speed, not a policy! She claimed I did not call in and notify my unit was emptied. I did. She claimed I could not pay for the unit I kept without paying for the one I emptied. She sent me a bad email address to send the photo. Today, I spoke to Ashley C (0007) and she gave me all the right info and let me know the supervisor HAD logged my call and they had removed the charge for the extra unit. Ashley was also able to remove the late fee because I would have paid for the unit I kept by the 5th, if not for the mistakes the other service rep was making. Thank goodness for Ashley, because I was going to leave this new ownership, after using this place for 20+ years. Ashley and the supervisor saved a client!

this is the worst "merger " I have ever seen-nowhere to contact,cut off the phone and all of a sudden everyone owes 2 months.For those of us who tried to pay while your deal was being settled,There was no contact from your company until May 5.2018. You own that. Poor performance by any standard. I tried to pay online today and the website doesn't work-FABULOUS ! (SARCASM ,i PROBABLY HAVE O EXPLAIN THAT TO YOU)
