Upon arrival at the facility, I had an issue finding my unit. I didn't expect that my unit would be in an controlled environment, which is a great thing! I also never amagined that my unit would be upstairs down a long hallway but, I was relieved that there's an elevator available to assist in moving furniture upstairs. It's helpful that there is truck docking to make unloading a truck easy and there are carts available to help with transporting your furniture from the elevator to your unit. I was given the wrong code for the lock on my unit and it took me about an hour before I could speak to a live person to get it resolved and get the correct code. Overall, I'm satisfied with my choice of choosing 10 Federal for my storage needs and I feel confident that my possession won't get ruined or mildew or mold because of the controlled environment. I will recommend them to family and friends.
